Question & Answer

How much does a mural cost?

About $25 per square foot is the average mural rate but it varies heavily on the amount

of detail that goes into the final product. More detail = more hours = higher overall cost.

I can create a mural for any budget!

How does the design process work?

First, I’ll ask that you describe your vision with as much detail as possible and provide

image examples. I often ask my clients to search Google or Pinterest for ideas similar to

those that they envision in their mind to give me a better feel of what they’re wanting.

The more information the better! You will not stifle my creativity with too much direction.

Second, I will design a mock-up based on your input and then get your feedback. The

first revision is included but all others will be billed at my standard rate of an additional

$85/hour.

Does the surface of the wall matter?

In short, yes. Painting on brick or corrugated metal will add a few hours to the total

project timeline but any surface can be primed and painted!

Can you complete the project earlier than the next open date on your

schedule?

Yes, but it will cost you more. If your project requires immediate attention (less than 30

days) then I will schedule you on the weekend, just let me know ASAP! Rush rates start

at an additional $300.
